Reflexology is a natural, non-invasive complementary health therapy that is suitable for all ages from babies to older people. It promotes deep relaxation and wellbeing. A treatment provides a time for relaxation where you receive one to one attention, a supportive touch and an empathetic listening ear.

I practice foot, hand and face reflexology and work intuitively to create a treatment designed for your needs and provide ongoing post treatment support and advice.
Zone Face Lift
Zone Face Lift is a combination of traditional reflexology and facial massage with tools such as gua sha, crystal spheres and facial cups which sculpt, tone and lift the face and skin. A Zone Face Lift treatment will leave you feeling blissed-out, with a smoother face to match.
The Zone Face Lift has created a lot of interest in the press; Sarah Vine, leading beauty journalist, described it as: ‘A contender for London’s best facial treatment.’ Hip & Healthy called it “An all natural alternative to botox with internal benefits to boot”.

About Me
I’m Wendy and practice Reflexology and Zone Face Lift.
After many years of working in the City of London as a Corporate Secretary, I decided to train as a complementary therapist. I studied Hand and Foot Reflexology with Louise Keet, Principal of the London School of Reflexology and author of The Reflexology Bible. I then qualified in Facial Reflexology (Bergman method) with Ziggy Bergman a leader in the field of facial reflexology and holistic health. ​​​
I have a home treatment room at home or can visit you by request.
